By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of service
Oh Baby provides an online gift registry platform. You can create registries, add items by pasting product links from other websites, share a registry link with others, and allow guests to reserve items or mark them as purchased. We do not sell products; we only organize and display your registry. Purchases are made by you or your guests directly with the retailers whose links you add.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. You may not create an account for someone else without their permission or use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to post illegal, harmful, or offensive content; to impersonate others; to scrape or automate access in a way that burdens our systems; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add (e.g. registry titles, descriptions, product links). By using the service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as needed to operate the service (e.g. showing your registry to you and to people with the link).
Reservations and purchases
Reservations and "mark as purchased" entries on the registry are for convenience only. We do not process payments or guarantee that a guest will complete a purchase. Any transaction is between the guest and the retailer. We are not responsible for the availability, price, or delivery of products on third-party sites.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party websites or products linked from registries. When you or your guests follow a product link, you leave our site and are subject to that retailer's terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oh Baby and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service (including reliance on reservation or purchase status, or use of third-party links). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g. by email or a notice in the service).
